Nice - Appartement

Very clean and very modern apartment, the photos correspond completely to the reality, the location is really top we are close to everything: Station, walk of the English, and downtown. And the welcome done by Delia was top. I recommend this rental if you want a wonderful holiday in Nice.

Small bright apartment, embankment, station, city center close, clean entrance, last floor, but there is a lift. Next to a good supermarket, it is very convenient. The apartment has everything you need, washing machine and dishwasher, utensils for cooking. Comfortable, clean , a small shower room, enough space to accommodate cosmetics.

The accommodation is really nice and very centrally located. In the neighbourhood there is everything you need, a velo bleu station is at the door. Very well equipped.

I stayed here with my wife and two kids. The hospitality was great and the location was awesome! The apartment is very close to the train station, the beach, and tram station that goes to the airport. All in all we had a great time there and I recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment in an ideal location. Minutes from the main train station for quick access to Monaco or Cannes. 10 minute walk to Old Nice. Washing machine in suite, making it convenient stay for longer trips.

The flat on the fourth floor of an old building and is in a lovely and quiet residential area which is very close to a great supermarket (we also found a beautiful preserves shop called Le Clos de Laure near the flat, definitely work a visit). There are some restaurants nearby, however we would recommend walking into the Old Town for a great selection (this only takes around 15 mins) – make sure you try a socca during your time in Nice! It was extremely clean and compact, but doesn’t feel claustrophobic. The bathroom was nice (and a good powerful shower). All the amenities provided like hairdryer, shampoo, soap etc. If staying for longer than a couple of nights you will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of pots and pans and knives for cooking needs, a cafetière, a good dishwasher, and Delia left us some coffee and wine. Eating breakfast on the balcony every morning was lovely, make sure you get up early enough to get the sun in the morning! Delia was very helpful, always contactable, her English was great and she recommended nice places in the area. We had a good time staying in the flat, the area is lovely and quiet at night and the flat is well equipped and clean.

Very good central location, real classic Nice way of living even for a few days. Recommend for young couples or friends. Very stylish flat, well furnished, well equipped and extremely nice support at the arrival.

Great apartment in a lovely area. Exactly as it looked in the pictures. Very clean, contemporary and cosy. The welcome basket and bottle of wine was a wonderful surprise. Sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine and nibbles was truly bliss.

This apartment was just a quick 10 min walk from the beach and a 20 min walk from the Vieux Nice. Delia was the property manger I was in touch with and she was very considerate and responsive. As my flight was early in the day she allowed me to have an early check-in. The apartment is light and has AC which is quite helpful in the summer months!

This space was perfect for my travels! Centrally located to the train station and a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, this apartment was exactly as pictured and more!
