Cafe is a charming, one-bedroom apartment with tall windows and a long balcony in the belle epoque neighbourhood of Les Musiciens. Cafe is less than a ten minute walk to the train station, shopping areas and the beach. A perfect place to stay for a couple, and there is a sofa bed, should you need it, for one extra guests.

There are beautiful mosaic tiles in the bathroom, which has a shower and basin with storage for your cosmetics.

To make the most of the Azure blue skies there is a narrow balcony with table and chairs, perfect for an evening glass of wine, or breakfast for the early birds!
LOCATION
A popular residential area with both locals and tourists, les Musiciens boasts some beautiful facades and elegant streets and squares. It is a very sought after area for its ease of access to the centre without being in the hustle and bustle itself and is scattered with explosions of green from its palm trees, over laden lemon trees and jasmine covered walls. The neighbourhood also has a number of pavement bistros and cafes reminiscent of Paris, giving you ample opportunity to soak in the local atmosphere.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

The flat on the fourth floor of an old building and is in a lovely and quiet residential area which is very close to a great supermarket (we also found a beautiful preserves shop called Le Clos de Laure near the flat, definitely work a visit). There see more
The flat on the fourth floor of an old building and is in a lovely and quiet residential area which is very close to a great supermarket (we also found a beautiful preserves shop called Le Clos de Laure near the flat, definitely work a visit). There are some restaurants nearby, however we would recommend walking into the Old Town for a great selection (this only takes around 15 mins) – make sure you try a socca during your time in Nice! It was extremely clean and compact, but doesn’t feel claustrophobic. The bathroom was nice (and a good powerful shower). All the amenities provided like hairdryer, shampoo, soap etc. If staying for longer than a couple of nights you will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of pots and pans and knives for cooking needs, a cafetière, a good dishwasher, and Delia left us some coffee and wine. Eating breakfast on the balcony every morning was lovely, make sure you get up early enough to get the sun in the morning! Delia was very helpful, always contactable, her English was great and she recommended nice places in the area. We had a good time staying in the flat, the area is lovely and quiet at night and the flat is well equipped and clean.

The open plan modern cream kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, four ring hob , microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetière and a large selection of cooking equipment.
There is a bistro bar table and two comfortable swivel chairs in the living area.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is situated at the quite rear of the apartment and although does not have exterior windows there is a glass brick wall letting in the light. There is a double bed (140×190) with two rattan side tables and bedside lamps. The room benefits from integrated air conditioning. A hidden wardrobe is housed in the living area.

BATHROOM
The contemporary bathroom is a striking mix of chrome, frosted glass and hues of grey tiling. There is a large corner shower cubicle, vanity sink unit and toilet. The washing machine is also house in the bathroom.

LOCATION
Set in the heart of the Nice’s picturesque Old Town, with bustling streets packed with pasta vendors, bistros, boutique shops and wine bars. You’re just around the corner from the best wine cave in the Old Town and the Cours Saleya marketplace selling fresh local produce, flowers and antiques is a couple of minutes stroll away. The promenade and beach is only a touch further. Around the corner the breathtaking Place du Palais is a wonderful square with an ornate fountain set outside the Palais de Justice and is surrounded by Niçoise restaurants and a weekly market selling books and art.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
