BELLE NUAGE

Nice - Appartement

The location is amazing! The people watching from the balcony was awesome! Great shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, and the beach is just a few blocks away. Checking in was simple, and both Laura and Gosia were very helpful and quick to answer questions. We WILL be back! Thank you!!

This place was great. Great location in the heart of the old town. Everything was really close: shops, beach, bars, restaurants, local transport etc. Very clean apartment and lot of useful things already in there (for example mats for the beach, umbrella, hats for the sun, washing machine tablets and so on). Also very good equipment in the apartment. The place was cosy and great balcony as well.

A better location can not be located in Nice. The nearby market was able to pick fresh and delicious fruit and freshly baked bread for breakfast. A couple of minutes walk to the beach. The adjacent church and market square create an atmosphere but did not take a night’s sleep thanks to the thick balcony doors. Efficient air conditioning on summer waves was a big plus. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I highly recommend!

Great location, we really enjoyed the people watching in the plaza and the beauty of old town. The apartment met all of our requirements and made it very easy to walk to all the activities we had planned.

Fantastic location, lovely apartment with everything you need. We go to Nice at least a couple of times a year, and this was our favourite apartment so far in terms of location. It was right in the middle of Old Town overlooking Place Rosetti, but just a stone’s throw away from the sea. The windows were really soundproofed so we slept really well. We didn’t need the air con but we tested it and it was quiet and worked well. Everything was clean and the dishwasher worked well (didn’t use the washing machine). The usual welcome pack was also appreciated! The bed is a double, not king or queen sized; but if one of you snores the sofa also acts as a sofa bed … The wifi worked perfectly.

I didn’t know what to expect when I visited Nice and I immediately fell under it’s charm. The apartment we had chosen for our short romantic getaway was absolutely perfect. To sit on the balcony in the evening, with our glass of wine and watch the world go by was sheer heaven. Although the apartment was on the 5th floor which would be quite difficult for the less mobile, we only ventured down in the morning and up again after dinner. The bedroom was at the back so when we retired to bed we were not disturbed by the hub-bub from the streets below, Place Rossetti was quite lively at times. The apartment manager was very helpful and informative and I will definitely be coming back to Nice in the near future. Thank you Your Nice Apartment.

The apartment was excellent, perfect location in the old town next to great bars and restaurants. The check in was smooth and the host was extremely accommodating and gave some tips on places to visit in Nice! The balcony was great, with a beautiful view of Place Rossetti!

Just back from a week stay at the apartment and thought it would be good to write up a short review for anyone thinking about booking. If you are considered a stay here then its a fantastic apartment which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in – Highly recommended! The pros… Superb communication throughout the booking period making it very clear what was required from my end and info around where to meet host etc. The check in itself was first class – host was there to welcome us on arrival and spent some time talking up through all the amenities and also giving some great advice on suggestions for restaurants, day trips and advice on getting around on public transport. There was also welcome basket including bottle of wine which was a nice touch after a long day of travelling. The apartment had all we needed and was well equipped with cooking facilities, nice warm and easy to use shower and comfortable bed. Location – Definitely the star feature of this property, overlooking Place Rossetti which is absolutely stunning and the balcony provided a unique opportunity to sample all the atmosphere and ambiance from the comfort of the apartment! The cons… The apartment is on the 5th floor which might not be suitable for people with any mobility issues – It did take a while to recover from carrying 2 suitcases up 10 flights of stairs! To get the best view in Nice though you do have to climb higher! Noise – We did have a bit of noise coming from the square below at the weekend, there are shutter doors which you can use to reduce the noise – A small price to pay for the amazing location which is a tourist hot-spot. TV – Its a very small TV although to be honest, with a view like the one from the balcony we only switched the TV on once! Overall its a superb apartment right in the middle of one of the most stunning areas in Nice – If you are looking for a clean, comfortable apartment with amazing views which truly capture the vibe of Nice then this is definitely for you!

Beautiful apartment overlooking place Rossetti – the main square in old town. Location is perfect for exploring Nice for the first time and you’re not too far from the train station (about a 25 minute walk or a short tram ride away). We relied on Uber a lot, which were readily available. Nice is a great home base as you explore nearby towns like Monaco or Antibes. We Loved the charm and the balcony is the real selling feature. Also, my husband and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and check-in process. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay in this lovely apartment in the heart of Place Rossetti! We booked for the beautiful view from the balcony and we were not disappointed – we sat an enjoyed people-watching on a nightly basis; it was truly the best part of this place. However, the rest of the apartment/stay was also outstanding – a fully functional kitchen (we made use of this to cook some fresh food bought in local markets), a cozy bedroom, glorious AC for the hot and humid days, excellent communication with our host Gosia (thank you for all the recommendations and advice!), and a spacious bathroom with laundry facilities. We were especially pleased with the welcome gift of wine and snacks, as well as ground coffee for the mornings. The only people I would not recommend this place for would be those with moderate-severe mobility issues as it is a 5-story climb each day, which may be particularly challenging on the first and last day with your luggage, though in general we did not find this to be a problem in any way (and even if you are out of breath and hot, you forget in 5 minutes with the amazing view). We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Nice!

Wonderful apartment, centre of old city. Minutes to the beach. Beautiful view of the square and cathedral, and a lovely balcony to enjoy it from. Apartment is up 5 flights of stairs but not a problem for us as a young couple who packed lightly. Very easy to check in and out.

We picked it for the perfect people watching spot… we were not disappointed. Perfect location to be a beach bum and city adventurer all in a long weekend. American bar around the corner is a must and with Monaco and Antibes such an easy train ride away it felt like we had been away for weeks.

The hosts were very accommodating. We had a delay due to car trouble and they adapted to our late check in. The location of the apartment is great! Within walking distance to just about everything. The balcony overlooks a busy square allowing for great people watching. And while the square itself could be noisy, once the doors were closed, the apartment was fairly quiet. Apartment itself is small but sufficient with the shower, A/C and washing machine all in great condition. All in all though, a nice play to stay in the heart of Old Town

We stayed 5 nights at Belle Nuage. The 89 steps to get to the apartment were well worth it even for a couple of well let’s say not so young people! The stairs were a blessing as they kept us fit and the weight in check! The apartments position is gold. Sitting on the balcony people watching. Fenocchios ice cream place busy day and night. The old town is fascinating with lots to see and do right on your doorstep. The beautiful promenade and beach within a few minutes of the apartment. We loved our stay here.

This was a great location and the check in and out process was seamless, they were very accommodating to a delay in our flight and met us at the apartment with keys and details.

I would just like to say what a wonderful job you are all doing at YNA!

I am an extremely fussy customer, know for changing rooms and even hotels if they aren’t up to standard.

My husband is delighted that we did not have to do so in this instance.

Clean as a whistle!

What a fantastic few days we’ve had and what a brilliant apartment. Perfect location and we could really relax as it was a home from home.

We took Gosia from YNA’s advice and visited Villefranche as well as the Château and Monaco and hired the city bikes so we kept ourselves busy!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place to friends.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment is truly in the center of it all where you can sit back, relax and take in the magic Nice has to offer. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of rose and provided with travel tips and restaurant recommendations. If you book this apartment you will have endless possibilities of restaurants, shopping or just the pleasure to sit out on the terrace with a bottle of wine. As for the apartment itself, it is cozy with very well equipped appliances. For anyone deciding on whether or not to book it, book it! You will have a vacation of a lifetime ??

This location is amazing!! We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the people in the square, watching the pigeons fly by, hearing the church bells ring. It was truly magical and we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our stay in Nice was enhanced by our wonderful experience. The location was ideal; it was a pleasure to sit on our balcony and watch the square and the goings on at all times. The description of both the stairs and the noise meant that there were no surprises (plus we could eat the icecream from the square below then work it off going up the stairs!). Charming apartment and exceptional location. Loved it!!!

Ten stars. Literally best location of any rental I’ve stayed at globally. Five feet from anything you’d ever want or need in Nice… including the amazing Castle Hill “hike” / view! Cheers!

This place is amazing! We spent every single evening after dinner out on the balcony with Fennochios and wine. The location is perfect and so is the vibe! Awesome experience. Will definitely be back.
