LIVING AREA
The open plan main living area is light airy and spacious. The beige two seater sofa bed makes a comfortable retreat after a hard days sight seeing. There is a flat screen TV with English speaking news channels and a DVD player and complimentary Wifi. The lounge area also has air con which is a real blessing in the hot summer months.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The modern cream kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine with dryer, and a four ring hob with oven. It is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetière and a large selection of cooking equipment and dishwasher.
There is a round wooden dining table with seating for four people.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and two stylish white bedside tables. There is a free standing wardrobe for storage and a pair of French windows lead out onto a small balcony. The bedroom also benefits from Air Con.
BATHROOM
The contemporary bathroom is accessed via a small step and includes a corner shower cubicle, vanity sink unit, toilet and bidet.

LOCATION
Carré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. Close to the central city and the numerous shops on avenue Jean Medecin but only a short walk to the beach, Marechal Joffre is a highly sought after street containing many boutiques and designer shops. There are many exclusive restaurants, brasseries and cafes in the Carre D’or area making this one of the most popular quartiers amongst YNA guests. The maze of narrow streets know as the Old Town which contains many restaurants bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away.
PARKING
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go car park at Palais Masséna at 29 Promenade des Anglais or Palais de la Méditerranée on Rue du Congres. Go to en.nicetourisme.com/getting-around-nice for more information.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

Wow! On arrival we was met by Nancy from YNA. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she explained all we needed to know. Being one of the first guests in this newly refurbished apartment she hoped that there wouldn't be any teething problems. She needn’t have worried. Minuet is situated in Nice’s Carre Do’r area and ideal for anyone looking for more than just a hotel room whilst on holiday! It was very clean, and easy to access. Furthermore, it is very central and close to the hustle and bustle of both the old town with it’s many restaurants/bars, shops and markets (only a few minutes walk to the promenade and chateau!) as well as the centre of Nice. Buses to nearby sights/villages are also nearby. The flat had internet access and generally everything that was to be expected going by the advertisment. YNA seem to have thought of everything from the very easy online booking service to a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival Can only highly recommend this place.

Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen (appliances and dishes) to bathroom (washing products). Wifi was a big plus, some DVD-s in english for relaxing after day out discovering Nice-Monaco-Cannes, french tv with music and cartoons for our morning routine. Thank you Nancy for greeting us on arrival and being helpful before arrival, thank you team for the pleasant experience!

Cimiez is a lovely area full of fascinating buildings including the hotel where Queen Victoria stayed on her visits to Nice. The YNA host met us on time and was very helpful.

We liked the decor so much that we will likely redecorate our bedroom at home the same way. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfy and the shower was heavenly! What more could one ask for? It is conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we ever get the chance to return to this stunning part of France. |

My husband and I just spent 5 days in the Minuet apartment of Your Nice Apartments. We were met at the tram stop by Nancy, the apartment manager, who was very helpful to us during our stay. The apartment is pristine and beautiful and I would not hesitate to stay there again. It is over 500 sq. ft. which is plenty of room for two people and has high, nicely-detailed ceilings. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a small elevator. There are many tasteful decorative touches throughout the apartment. In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and combination clothes washer/dryer. There are also basic supplies such as salt and pepper, sugar, a tea kettle, and cups, plates, silverware, and more. The bathroom contains a small but adequate shower, a toilet and bidet, a sink, an iron, a hair dryer, and lots of shelving space on the wall. There is an air conditioning unit in both the bedroom and main living area that work quickly and well. The air conditioning was wonderful to use after walking in the humid heat outside. The main living room boasts a flat screen tv (which we didn’t watch because we were so busy) , a nice-sized dining table to put all our stuff, a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, and a decorative shelving area. The bedroom is small but charming. The bed is firm and comfortable and is supplied with four pillows. There is a nice armoire with hangers for clothing and a luggage rack. Wi-fi is fantastic. It is quick to connect and fast. The location in the Carre d’Or area is perfect. It is in a nice area of town, close to Massena Place, Vieux Nice (the old town), the Promenade Anglais, Cours Saleya, and the tram. This is exactly the type and location of apartment I would have if I ever were able to afford one in Nice. Needless to say, we were sad to leave.

Kate was outside to greet us when we arrived with the uber from the airport. The apartment has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer for clothes, new a/c unit in both rooms, kitchen was fully stocked with dinner ware, bed was comfy, wifi and TV. Also they had a treat bag for us with a bottle of wine and coffee.

LIVING AREA
The cosy lounge area is flooded in light from the two magnificent double glazed French windows and has plenty of character with original beams and tiled floor. If you’re not too busy sipping wine and watching Niçoise life go by from your balcony then take a moment and relax on the comfy sofa and watch a DVD movie on the LCD TV or read a book from the selection provided. There are also MP3 speakers at your disposal. WiFi.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Light bright and spacious separate kitchen come dining room with double glazed French doors opening onto the famous balcony! There is a four ring electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and the kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and a cafetière.
We know you’ll spend every minute possible on the balcony but, there is also a glass dining table in the kitchen that seats four.
BEDROOMS
The bedroom is on the small open plan mezzanine floor with a double (140x190) luxury Tempur mattress that moulds to the shape of your body and will guarantee you comfort and support all night. (Please note the mattress is on the floor) There is a sliding wardrobe to house your clothes. The mezzanine is reached by a short flight of wooden stairs leading up from the lounge area and is below standing height.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a full bath to relax in, a shower overhead, vanity unit and toilet.

LOCATION
The apartment looks over Rue Rossetti. From the balcony you have views of the beautiful domed Cathedral Sainte Réparate at one end and the tranquil Colline du Château at the other. You are in the heart of the Old Town so are surrounded by cafés, bars, ice cream parlous, galleries, shops and bistros. The market place on the Cours Saleya, the beach and promenade are a couple of minutes walk away.
PARKING
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground carpark at the Place du Palais, the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari. There is also one on the Cours Saleya, the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule. Go to en.nicetourisme.com/getting-around-nice for more information.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
