Nice - Appartement

Wow! On arrival we was met by Nancy from YNA. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she explained all we needed to know. Being one of the first guests in this newly refurbished apartment she hoped that there wouldn't be any teething problems. She needn’t have worried. Minuet is situated in Nice’s Carre Do’r area and ideal for anyone looking for more than just a hotel room whilst on holiday! It was very clean, and easy to access. Furthermore, it is very central and close to the hustle and bustle of both the old town with it’s many restaurants/bars, shops and markets (only a few minutes walk to the promenade and chateau!) as well as the centre of Nice. Buses to nearby sights/villages are also nearby. The flat had internet access and generally everything that was to be expected going by the advertisment. YNA seem to have thought of everything from the very easy online booking service to a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival Can only highly recommend this place.

This flat was perfect for our 5 day stay in nice. Great location, small stylish flat with everything you need. Our hosts Paul and Kate were very helpful.

Sweet little apartment with everything you need. Location very good, 2 minutes walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the promenade. Supermarkets available. Train Station 10 minutes walk (if you want to go to another city). Good connections to Monaco and Cannes. Communication with Laura and her hosts (Kate and Pawel) were great, responded very quickly, and went smoothly at check in / out.Everything was great !!

We really enjoyed our stay in Laura’s apartment. The beach, restaurants and local attractions all within walking distance. It was perfect for what we needed. Welcome basket was an extra treat.

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. It was central to everything and just a few minutes from the beach. Amazing restaurants were right around every corner. The place was spacious and bright for a 1BR. The gift basket was a really thoughtful touch, too!

Adequately sized, very clean, and in a wonderful (quiet) location, but only a block or two from the vibrancy we enjoy. Kate was fantastic as well, with accommodating our meeting time and having the apartment spotless upon our arrival. We definitely will request this apartment again for our next trip to Nice

We stayed five nights in Minuet. Apartment was very well located and comfortable. It really felt like home! Train station, promenade, old town and shops were all close and we even walked back to the airport on our departure (there’s busses, too, but we wanted to take the last stroll on the promende). Apartment had everything we needed from kitchen (appliances and dishes) to bathroom (washing products). Wifi was a big plus, some DVD-s in english for relaxing after day out discovering Nice-Monaco-Cannes, french tv with music and cartoons for our morning routine. Thank you Nancy for greeting us on arrival and being helpful before arrival, thank you team for the pleasant experience!

I’d highly recommend staying in this apartment- perfect location, and cute little space with everything you may need!!

Mimosa is a really comfortable and spacious apartment in the most lovely quiet and leafy residential area of Nice, 20/25 minutes walk into town. It’s sunny balconies and well equipped lounge made our stay very enjoyable. Buses running back from town stop at around 8. Cimiez is a lovely area full of fascinating buildings including the hotel where Queen Victoria stayed on her visits to Nice. The YNA host met us on time and was very helpful.

Just got home to Canada after a wonderful stay in France. 4 of our nights were spent at the Minuet apartment in Nice. We loved it!

Nancy, the apartment manager welcomed us with open arms and was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful. We liked the decor so much that we will likely redecorate our bedroom at home the same way. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfy and the shower was heavenly! What more could one ask for? It is conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we ever get the chance to return to this stunning part of France.

My husband and I just spent 5 days in the Minuet apartment of Your Nice Apartments. We were met at the tram stop by Nancy, the apartment manager, who was very helpful to us during our stay. The apartment is pristine and beautiful and I would not hesitate to stay there again. It is over 500 sq. ft. which is plenty of room for two people and has high, nicely-detailed ceilings. The apartment is on the third floor and there is a small elevator. There are many tasteful decorative touches throughout the apartment. In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and combination clothes washer/dryer. There are also basic supplies such as salt and pepper, sugar, a tea kettle, and cups, plates, silverware, and more. The bathroom contains a small but adequate shower, a toilet and bidet, a sink, an iron, a hair dryer, and lots of shelving space on the wall. There is an air conditioning unit in both the bedroom and main living area that work quickly and well. The air conditioning was wonderful to use after walking in the humid heat outside. The main living room boasts a flat screen tv (which we didn’t watch because we were so busy) , a nice-sized dining table to put all our stuff, a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, and a decorative shelving area. The bedroom is small but charming. The bed is firm and comfortable and is supplied with four pillows. There is a nice armoire with hangers for clothing and a luggage rack. Wi-fi is fantastic. It is quick to connect and fast. The location in the Carre d’Or area is perfect. It is in a nice area of town, close to Massena Place, Vieux Nice (the old town), the Promenade Anglais, Cours Saleya, and the tram. This is exactly the type and location of apartment I would have if I ever were able to afford one in Nice. Needless to say, we were sad to leave.

Lovely apartment and great location! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and above all very functional. Nothing to complain about, I highly recommend.

My wife and I had a pleasure to stay at the “Minuet” apartment in Nice in August 2013. We really enjoyed everything, the apartment was very cosy, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Its central position made everything very easy for us, because most of the things were at walking distance.

Very stylish, clean, comfortable place! AC and lift – a very big plus, especially in hot Nice. Very quieT neighbourhood. Superb location for gourmet dining fans and shopping lovers. Paul himself- amazing host! Laura – very professional, takes care of everything you may need, to make you feel as home. While writing this review, already organising my next visit with Stay YNA

What an experience, from check in to check out. I had such an amazing time at this place. Very central and close to everything. I couldn’t ask for more to be perfectly honest. Laura was very responsive and i would like to thank Kate for her kind welcome and for being patient as my flight got delayed and my check in time was very late however she did wait for me and did show me around the flat during check in. It is a very nice and clean apartment, in truly central location. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we recommend it.

The location, is in the middle of everything. The supermarket was a 5 min walk away. It’s about 10mins walk to the beach. The tram was only a few minutes walk and there were tons of restaurants and pastry and gelato shops nearby. Our place was very nice on the 3rd floor. Kate was outside to greet us when we arrived with the uber from the airport. The apartment has an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer for clothes, new a/c unit in both rooms, kitchen was fully stocked with dinner ware, bed was comfy, wifi and TV. Also they had a treat bag for us with a bottle of wine and coffee.

Stay YNAs place is in a perfect location to explore Nice and the French Riviera. It is clean and safe and a quick and beautiful walk to the Mediterranean Sea and phenomenal shopping. A really nice touch was the welcome package which included a bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this place!
