There is also easy access to sightseeing as you’re on the main bus route on the Riviera. Team this with a large stylish apartment with all mod cons and you are set for a Riviera adventure in a relaxing haven.

The large open plan living area has a white leather sofa, 32″ LCD TV (French channels) with DVD player and air conditioning. Internet is provided free of charge (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access caused by internet providers)
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The stylish and spacious beech kitchen is well equipped with a built in electric hob, combination oven/ grill, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is a glass breakfast bar to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail in the evening.
Enjoy eating in this fabulous open plan room with a view. There is a dining table for four people and the patio doors lead out onto the large balcony that extends around two sides of the apartment with sea views and bistro table and four chairs, sofa and coffee table.
BEDROOMS
There is one kingsize bedroom and one double bedroom. Both have air conditioning, stunning views over Mont Boron and plenty of storage space.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms. One has a shower cubicle, toilet, vanity sink and bidet. The second has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and its own toilet.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Large balcony with sea views, outside sofa and coffee table.
LOCATION
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is scenic 15 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here. Parking is not allocated but we never have a problem getting a space.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

We loved this apartment for its open, spacious, light filled rooms and the large wrap around balcony! Although it did not directly face the sea, you could easily see the sea, and all around the views were pretty with hills and lovely subtropical foliage everywhere. Plus, the complex is well cared for and secure, although the neighborhood is very safe as well. We also loved the modern, clean look of the place with a beautiful, stylish and well equipped kitchen. The built-ins were very attractive (especially how the appliances, even the refrigerator, blended into the kitchen decor) and everything was in perfect working condition. The air conditioning worked well, cooling the rooms almost immediately when needed. The living/dining/kitchen is large and the bedrooms adequate with 2 full bathrooms. We also appreciated the agent who was friendly and thorough, easy to get hold of the couple of times we had questions, and spoke excellent English. The neighborhood is great with a small beach, restaurants and a food market very close. Just a little further is the very attractive old port with more restaurants and a lively scene. Although further, central Nice, the Promenade des Anglais and the wonderful cours saleya, are very walkable. Nice is a really wonderful city to be in and this apartment was a wonderful home to explore the city and the Riviera!!! We would love to stay here again when we get back to Nice! |

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The airy, corner apartment has a balcony that wraps around 2 sides of the place. The place is spacious with a large dining/living area, a modern and well equipped kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. The air conditioning worked beautifully as did all the appliances. The place looks great with clean lines, modern furniture and a lovely wood floor. The well maintained apartment complex is very secure (although the neighborhood is extremely safe anyway), It is a very easy, comfortable place to stay in beautiful Nice, a city bursting with life, subtropical foliage and the amazing azure blue Mediterranean sea.
The neighborhood has several restaurants very close, a small beach, a food market, and is close to the old port which is lively and loaded with excellent restaurants as well. Although a longer distance, the Promenade Anglais, the fabulous Cour Saleya (a large food and flower market that becomes an amazing antiques market on Mondays), and central Nice are still walking distance. The agent was very helpful and friendly, always available when needed (which was only a couple of times), and spoke excellent English. We would definitely stay here again! |

WOW is all we can say about this amazing apartment. This building is located in a very upscale, gated complex within the beautiful Nice Port. We travelled with another couple and this property was ideal allowing plenty of space and privacy, two complete bathrooms, huge balcony with a great view of the sea and overlooking the lush gardens of Parc Vigier. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town but you get your exercise as you walk around the Port and look at the beautiful yachts and fishing boats and restaurants. We loved the location and it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Nice but the Nice Port when we return. Communication with Laura and Delia was excellent. The property is very modern, secure, quiet and offers every amenity we required including air conditioning. When we selected this location, the huge balcony was a major attraction and it was perfect to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and evening drinks. We even learned how to use a French press coffee maker on YouTube and that worked out great. There are some excellent restaurants directly across the street overlooking the sea and a small public beach if you wanted a quick dip in the sea. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can find the best pizza in Nice, many highly rated restaurants, bakeries, bars, grocery stores, bank ATM and mega yachts and beautiful sunsets. If you wanted a relaxing Mediterranean vacation I think that the Nice Port can fulfill any of your requirements, plus it’s very close to the main public bus number 100 to connect to the coastal route to Monaco. If you are healthy, active and enjoy strolling along beautiful harbours and ports then this apartment offers everything you could ask for in Nice.

The apartment is in a beautiful spot near the port overlooking the sea. Laura’s communication is excellent. The bathrooms are fantastic. The balcony gets sun from early morning until mid afternoon and is a lovely place to sit.
The apartment is in a beautiful spot near the port overlooking the sea. Laura’s communication is excellent. The bathrooms are fantastic. The balcony gets sun from early morning until mid afternoon and is a lovely place to sit.

We had a great stay in Coco this April! The spectacular view from the window pleased the eye every morning! Wonderful park Viger is situated directly under windows where we walked with children. Free parking area has always enough space to leave a car. There are shops and restaurants in the nearest location. You can get on foot to the center of Nice and the old town what takes great pleasure. Le Mont de Chateau is very beautiful place which should be visited! We traveled by car along the coast of French Riviera. The village Ezze and Monaco are terrific!Many thanks for a meeting to the manager Gossia. She was very pleasant in communication and was able to answer any our questions. We"ll be back with pleasure!!! Thanks!

LOCATION
Carré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. Close to the central city and the numerous shops on avenue Jean Medecin but only a short walk to the beach, Marechal Joffre is a highly sought after street containing many boutiques and designer shops. There are many exclusive restaurants, brasseries and cafes in the Carre D’or area making this one of the most popular quartiers amongst YNA guests. The maze of narrow streets know as the Old Town which contains many restaurants bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
