Nice - Appartement

We stayed for 1 week with 2 teenagers in October. Very spacious, well equipped, enormous balcony with beautiful view on the sea (we had breakfast every morning outside in the sun). Nice neighborhood (best Pan Bagnat at the sea font little cabin), close to the vieux port with restaurants and also Coco small beach (rocks, but water is wonderful). Supermarket close by open every day until 8 pm. Good spot to visit Nice and outskirts. Beautiful hike starts from apartment to Villefrance sur mer. Wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The Mediterranean just across the street and 5 minutes walk to the port with a lot of restaurants.

Great location !! Beaches are virtually on the doorstep. Also a wonderful restaurant is right there. In about 5-10 minutes you will find the bakery, supermarket, the beautiful harbour and many other restaurants. The apartment is large and nicely decorated.

A very warm and cozy apartment especially while it was snowing outside! We enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely neighbourhood.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Coco apartment! It is full of sunlight and it is such a treat to sit on the big balcony with a wonderful view over the park and the sea.

The condo is right between Nice and close to Villefranche-su-Mer. (Two nice beaches close-by) it has welcome air conditioning to get away from the summer heat and a nice balcony to enjoy a meal or a coffee in the morning. Perfect for a family of 4.

Amazing location! Only 5min from the hustle and bustle of all the tourist. Coco beach and the restaurant options at the port are amazing! Quick responses from Laura and great hospitality.

Delia was very helpful and polite. She met us on time and have us a tour of the facility. During our stay we had zero issue and we were verrrry pleased with our choice.

Great location. Take a 15 min bus trip to Villefranche-sur-mer (long sandy beach) or a 2 minute walk to Coco beach. Great restaurants, cafes and bars on Stalingrad and along the part. The apartment is clean, well decorated, and comfortable with a balcony with a view of the sea and a park. We were met by Delia who was very helpful and contactable at any time. Highly recommended.

When the views are even better than you expect and the house is fabulous! We had a wonderful stay – lovely space, fantastic host (Delia was our amazingly helpful contact), perfect location for quiet nights and lovely strolls around the port to Chateau du Parc, the hip restaurants on Rue Bonaparte and the vistas along Promenade des Anglais every evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Let me start by saying that the apartment is terrific and our stay was great!



We loved this apartment for its open, spacious, light filled rooms and the large wrap around balcony! Although it did not directly face the sea, you could easily see the sea, and all around the views were pretty with hills and lovely subtropical foliage everywhere. Plus, the complex is well cared for and secure, although the neighborhood is very safe as well.



We also loved the modern, clean look of the place with a beautiful, stylish and well equipped kitchen. The built-ins were very attractive (especially how the appliances, even the refrigerator, blended into the kitchen decor) and everything was in perfect working condition. The air conditioning worked well, cooling the rooms almost immediately when needed. The living/dining/kitchen is large and the bedrooms adequate with 2 full bathrooms.



We also appreciated the agent who was friendly and thorough, easy to get hold of the couple of times we had questions, and spoke excellent English.



The neighborhood is great with a small beach, restaurants and a food market very close. Just a little further is the very attractive old port with more restaurants and a lively scene. Although further, central Nice, the Promenade des Anglais and the wonderful cours saleya, are very walkable. Nice is a really wonderful city to be in and this apartment was a wonderful home to explore the city and the Riviera!!! We would love to stay here again when we get back to Nice!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The airy, corner apartment has a balcony that wraps around 2 sides of the place. The place is spacious with a large dining/living area, a modern and well equipped kitchen and decent sized bedrooms. The air conditioning worked beautifully as did all the appliances. The place looks great with clean lines, modern furniture and a lovely wood floor. The well maintained apartment complex is very secure (although the neighborhood is extremely safe anyway), It is a very easy, comfortable place to stay in beautiful Nice, a city bursting with life, subtropical foliage and the amazing azure blue Mediterranean sea.

The neighborhood has several restaurants very close, a small beach, a food market, and is close to the old port which is lively and loaded with excellent restaurants as well. Although a longer distance, the Promenade Anglais, the fabulous Cour Saleya (a large food and flower market that becomes an amazing antiques market on Mondays), and central Nice are still walking distance.

The agent was very helpful and friendly, always available when needed (which was only a couple of times), and spoke excellent English. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a really high quality flat, with an excellent layout and great amenities. We like to cook breakfast in the flat before we head out and this flat has everything we needed once we took the short walk to the nearby grocery store. And Delia, the manager, is a delight! She helped us check in and answered every question with ease and a smile. Definitely recommend!

WOW is all we can say about this amazing apartment. This building is located in a very upscale, gated complex within the beautiful Nice Port. We travelled with another couple and this property was ideal allowing plenty of space and privacy, two complete bathrooms, huge balcony with a great view of the sea and overlooking the lush gardens of Parc Vigier. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the Old Town but you get your exercise as you walk around the Port and look at the beautiful yachts and fishing boats and restaurants. We loved the location and it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Nice but the Nice Port when we return. Communication with Laura and Delia was excellent. The property is very modern, secure, quiet and offers every amenity we required including air conditioning. When we selected this location, the huge balcony was a major attraction and it was perfect to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and evening drinks. We even learned how to use a French press coffee maker on YouTube and that worked out great. There are some excellent restaurants directly across the street overlooking the sea and a small public beach if you wanted a quick dip in the sea. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can find the best pizza in Nice, many highly rated restaurants, bakeries, bars, grocery stores, bank ATM and mega yachts and beautiful sunsets. If you wanted a relaxing Mediterranean vacation I think that the Nice Port can fulfill any of your requirements, plus it’s very close to the main public bus number 100 to connect to the coastal route to Monaco. If you are healthy, active and enjoy strolling along beautiful harbours and ports then this apartment offers everything you could ask for in Nice.

Great location near the port with access to some good restaurants and a good supermarket only about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was lovely and clean and it was great to sit on the balcony for breakfast. Delia was very welcoming and made us aware of the facilities for the apartment etc. Lovely holiday and we will certainly consider returning.

The apartment is in a beautiful spot near the port overlooking the sea. Laura’s communication is excellent. The bathrooms are fantastic. The balcony gets sun from early morning until mid afternoon and is a lovely place to sit.

Coco was something else, fabulous apartment with everything you could want. You were also the only company I contacted with my late requirements who responded quickly and with the information to get the accomodation I needed, so thank you for that. I was even receiving responses while I was on holiday to my enquiry.

We had a wonderful time in Coco! The location is fabulous, close to the little pebbly beach also called Coco beach. The balcony was a great spot for breakfast and the apartment itself had everything we could want. Also big thanks to the gentleman who met us on arrival and was very informative about Nice and the French Riviera – we did go to Monaco as suggested! Thanks we’ll be back.

We had a great stay in Coco this April! The spectacular view from the window pleased the eye every morning! Wonderful park Viger is situated directly under windows where we walked with children. Free parking area has always enough space to leave a car. There are shops and restaurants in the nearest location. You can get on foot to the center of Nice and the old town what takes great pleasure. Le Mont de Chateau is very beautiful place which should be visited! We traveled by car along the coast of French Riviera. The village Ezze and Monaco are terrific!Many thanks for a meeting to the manager Gossia.
