LIVING AREA WITH SEPARATE TV ROOM
Opening out from the dining area is the equally light-filled living area. A second and third set of French windows open onto the front balcony from either side of the marble fireplace. Impeccably furnished with sophistication and character, this room has the power to bewitch. Intricate cornicing, beguiling fabrics and creative finishing touches, this is truly a place in which to dream. A separate television room with comfortable sofa and chairs, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime, PS3 and a Sonos music system enable you to preserve the ambience of the front room while keeping everyone happy.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Light streams into this convivial dining space through the south-facing French windows. The open plan kitchen area has plenty of contemporary chic while the classically curved Louis XV style dining table adds historic charm. From easy breakfast preparation to more complex catering, chefs will enjoy the horseshoe kitchen design and sleek functionality; it is fully equipped with an electric oven – four ring hobs, microwave, full-size fridge-freezer with drink and ice dispensers, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The mix of period pieces with awe-inspiring contemporary design brings character and expression to each room, accentuated by light wooden floors and carefully chosen colour. There is reversible air-conditioning fitted throughout for a comfortable temperature whatever the season.
The master bedroom situated at the front of the apartment has an en-suite bathroom, double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps on both sides.
The second double bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and opens on to its own small balcony. Wall-mounted reading lamps and wrought iron bedside tables plus an antique writing desk complete this room.
The third bedroom, also at the back, has a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. There are light wooden twin beds separated by a table and reading lamp and a small wardrobe for storage.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a superbly deep, freestanding bathtub as well as a large shower cubicle and basin and toilet. Pale grey walls and flooring add warmth and the textured wall feature echoes the waves of the Mediterranean lapping not far away. There is a heated towel rail, and cupboards and drawers abound to house your toiletries.
The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom has an additional shower cubicle, toilet and basin.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The narrow balcony on the south-facing side of the apartment opens out from the living space and accommodates a small table and chairs. The north-facing balconies at the back of the apartment offer a little more seclusion and shade for those who seek it.
LOCATION
Very central but without the noise of some other locations, the Carabacel neighbourhood boasts some very elegant buildings and is full of restaurants and independent boutiques. There is a sophisticated yet progressive atmosphere to this part of town with a good selection of mouth-watering eateries next door on Rue Delille. Just a few minutes’ walk to the central green space of the Promenade du Paillon, the Modern Art Museum, the Port and the Old Town, staying in Boeme gives you easy access to everything Nice has to offer.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

This is a gorgeous and spacious apartment. Perfect location – about 10 minute walk to the edge of the old town in a quiet and nice street. The apartment is stylish with an amazing kitchen, lovely little balcony and great touches. Would recommend!

There was a full kitchen with everything you can imagine which was perfect when we decided to eat in. The location was great – quiet but close to nightlife in old town, restaurants and typical tourist attractions. There was a supermarket, bakery, atm, etc right around the corner from the apartment and we were no more than 10 minutes from the train station. The guide was so detailed and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. When it came time to check out, our plans had changed due to problems with our next airbnb and Delia was so accommodating and let us check out late. I would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts! If i come back to Nice I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Wow! Such a beautiful place! My buddies and I came to Nice for the Women’s soccer World Cup, and this was absolutely perfect! Great communication, our local host met us at the door after waiting for us to get in from the airport, explained everything perfectly and told us to text/email her with any problems. The place is huge and the washer and dryer are a great plus! She even has beach mats for you in the closet which are extremely helpful when you head to the rocks on the beach (very uncomfortable if you don’t have a mat!). The living area is great for a large crowd of friends and after a little trial and error and her help even got one of the women’s soccer games on tv to stay in our first night and just enjoy the apartment! Patios on the front AND back of the Airbnb. Even a anti-theft safety door for the apartment. Literally so happy we booked it!

This was a family vacation with my wife, three grown children and one son-in-law. We loved the apartment. It was very clean, elegant and the location is outstanding. We felt like we were part of the local neighbourhood after just a few days. The kitchen was wonderful with all new appliances that worked perfectly. The little porch to sit on in the morning was one of the nice aspects of being there. I think we met the local pigeon who stopped by each morning to greet us. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for being on a street with a lot of scooters, buses and cars. We highly recommend this apartment for a family visit to Nice without any qualifications.

LIVING AREA
With three large French windows the open plan living space is designed to optimise light in the south-facing corner. Light wood flooring and worktops, and a splash of blue bring this room to life with a corner for relaxing on the L-shaped sofa, access to the balcony, and a round glass dining table. There is a TV with English news channels and wifi to stay connected.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen area while still allowing the chef to enjoy the sea view! The kitchen area includes an electric oven and four hobs, microwave and filter coffee machine with a washing machine and dish washer for convenience. An iron and clothes horse are also provided.
BEDROOMS
There are three double bedrooms (all mattresses are 140cm x 190cm), one beside the living room with a small window at the top and two at the back of the apartment. The main one has two windows, a built-in mirrored wardrobe, drawer space and bedside reading lamps. The other bedroom also has storage and there is reversible AC and double-glazing throughout.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and double basin with large mirror plus ample space for toiletries.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The traditional, wrought iron balcony fits a table and chairs to enjoy the sea view over a leisurely breakfast, lunch or the iconic aperitif! Sunrise or sunset the azure waters will keep you enthralled.
LOCATION
The new tram line connecting the airport to the centre of town runs parallel to the seafront and has brought new life and greenery to this area of Nice. Always popular with locals, here you will find everything you need from bakeries, supermarkets to pharmacies and with new cafés and delights blossoming along Avenue de la Californie you are sure to soon feel at home in this quartier.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

BATHROOM

LOCATION
The street where Gilli is located is a bustling artery through the Old Town littered with quirky shops, ice cream parlours, boulangeries, grocery shops and restaurants. Only a few steps away is the bar/brasserie ‘Distillerie Ideales’, which is a hidden gem in Nice, known for its unique Parisienne steampunk styling and perfect for an outdoor apero whilst watching the variety of people parading up and down the street.
The Old Town is the historical and geographical centre of Nice and so Françoise is perfectly placed to access all areas of the city. Flanked on one side by the Promenade du Paillon, a beautiful park of fountains, greenery and a magnificent children’s play area, and the Colline du Chateau on the other, the Vieille Ville is also a stone’s throw from the beach and so really is a wonderful location. The colourful blend of yellows, ochres and terracotta gives the perfect holiday feel as you stroll around the narrow streets soaking up the atmosphere. It is home to small boutiques, a plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and galleries; a veritable treasure trove of sights and sounds just waiting to be discovered.
