This is a gorgeous and spacious apartment. Perfect location – about 10 minute walk to the edge of the old town in a quiet and nice street. The apartment is stylish with an amazing kitchen, lovely little balcony and great touches. Would recommend!

This beautiful apartment more than lives up to the photos. A bag of goodies was awaiting us inside- wine, chips and Nespresso pods for the machine in the kitchen. The location is perfect – close to plenty of delicious cafes and Old Town is very closeplus

The location is perfect – close to plenty of delicious cafes and Old Town is very close. There are many opportunities for gelato and sorbet – can’t recommend the chocolate sorbet highly enough!!

The apartment was so beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was so spacious and perfect for a larger group. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen with everything you can imagine which was plus
The apartment was so beautiful and matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was so spacious and perfect for a larger group. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen with everything you can imagine which was perfect when we decided to eat in. The location was great – quiet but close to nightlife in old town, restaurants and typical tourist attractions. There was a supermarket, bakery, atm, etc right around the corner from the apartment and we were no more than 10 minutes from the train station. The guide was so detailed and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. When it came time to check out, our plans had changed due to problems with our next airbnb and Delia was so accommodating and let us check out late. I would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts! If i come back to Nice I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Wow! Such a beautiful place! My buddies and I came to Nice for the Women’s soccer World Cup, and this was absolutely perfect! Great communication, our local host met us at the door after waiting for us to get in from the airport, explained everythingplus
Wow! Such a beautiful place! My buddies and I came to Nice for the Women’s soccer World Cup, and this was absolutely perfect! Great communication, our local host met us at the door after waiting for us to get in from the airport, explained everything perfectly and told us to text/email her with any problems. The place is huge and the washer and dryer are a great plus! She even has beach mats for you in the closet which are extremely helpful when you head to the rocks on the beach (very uncomfortable if you don’t have a mat!). The living area is great for a large crowd of friends and after a little trial and error and her help even got one of the women’s soccer games on tv to stay in our first night and just enjoy the apartment! Patios on the front AND back of the Airbnb. Even a anti-theft safety door for the apartment. Literally so happy we booked it!

We felt like we were part of the local neighbourhood after just a few days. The kitchen was wonderful with all new appliances that worked perfectly. The little porch to sit on in the morning was one of the nice aspects of being there. I think we met the local pigeon who stopped by each morning to greet us. The apartment is surprisingly quiet for being on a street with a lot of scooters, buses and cars. We highly recommend this apartment for a family visit to Nice without any qualifications.
