Nice - Appartement

We found your website on recommendation from a friend. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was fantastic, with an infant it was perfect (the shutters were a triumph!!! The first time our 8 week old has slept through the night). All the sites are close and the beach is walking distance which was really convenient. We’d definitely book through YNA again

We have stayed in this apartment many times – returning every year. It is really a very nice apartment with the best location, Close to the sea, to shopping and Vielle Ville – couldn´t be better. Very clean and very well equipped. We really appreiciate the kind and very warm welcoming from Gosia. It is always easy to come and we will definitively be back next year!

Stay YNAs place was exactly what we were looking for. You could not ask for a better location and a warm, welcoming unit for your stay. Close to all major amenities and attractions, but also on a quiet street in the heart of nice. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit.

My husband and I spent 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year in Nice and enjoyed every day. The location of the apartment could not have been better. Great restaurants on every corner, wonderful shopping and 500 meters to the sea. The apartment is sunny and bright, including a large terrace. An elevator, the underground garage (closed garage!) Leads directly to the apartment and the beautiful attractive building made our stay just perfect. Gosia was super friendly?.? We would definitely like to spend our next stay in Nice there.

Gosia was very welcoming and helpful. She did everything to make us feel comfortable and gave us good tips where to go and what to see. The communication with her was easy and prompt. Also the communication was perfect and professional. Apartment: huge balcony, complete equipped kitchen plus extra fridge for wine bottles, two similar bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and toilet other with bathtub), a parking spot (which we didn’t need) – all in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others location: everything nearby, close to tram, old town, beach and jazz festival approx. 10 minutes by foot, main train station in walking distance (bus 99 to airport) – it was very comfortable to have everything you would need in a close walking distance recommendations: at the main train station you can leave your luggage, when you depart late, food: try "le comptoir du marché" and "hangout"

Great service and welcome. Everything was perfectly arranged. We enjoyed our stay and the comfort of the apartment. Airco and terras were fantastic!. Beds were perfect!

We had a very nice and pleasant stay in this apartment. From check in to check out we were always well taken care of and could turn to the host by mobile phone. To welcome were ready for a bottle of rose and small snacks. Great! The beach is about 10 minutes. The apartment was very clean and we had a nice balcony. Alls in all a perfect holiday with the corresponding perfect accommodation.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, you can easily walk to everything: shops, restaurants, Promenade Anglais. Supermarket 5 min away, boulangerie around the corner. Would definitely go back. It has two showers, very convenient for a family of four.

We visited Nice for a week and stayed in Stay YNAs apartment which is impeccably clean and in a great location in the city, very close to sights, shopping and restaurants.The apartment is in an inner yard which keeps it sheltered from street noise. It has a nice balcony for chilling out and a garage to park a car in, which is rare. Would recommend this place!

I stayed at the Victor Hugo apartment for a week with my husband and my parents. The apartment was great. The location was excellent and close to the main street, shops and a lovely bakery where we bought our bread every day. The weather was good so we made use of the balcony and had a couple of meals in. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in the evening. The apartment manager who met us was very friendly and informative and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely go back to the apartment if we stayed in Nice again. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at STAY YNA’s place. It is really central, so easy to get there from the airport with the tram to Jean-Médecin. Travelling with three kids meant we needed a child friendly place and it was really handy that we were able to rent cots and high chairs as well as there being a bath in the bathroom and an elevator to get up to the apartment. The apartment is in a great area as it is an easy ten minute walk to the beach, the old town and the big supermarket Monoprix is just around the corner.
