This apartment is in a great location for visiting the beach and the old town. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable for us – on the firm side. It is well equipped and very quiet. There is a tiny elevator that we opted notplus

I stayed here for 5 months during my studies in Nice and I absolutely loved it. It’s really the perfect location in Nice, close to old town, the beach and Jean Medicin as well as restaurants just outside the door. There’s no noise from the street andplus

The highlight of the apartment is certainly the small balcony, the Sun comes out all afternoon. Communication with Stay YNA and Jenny was great. Jenny welcomed us easily at check-in and also had recommendations for things. Even a late check-out was gplus

Jenny welcomed us easily at check-in and also had recommendations for things. Even a late check-out was given. The location in the pedestrian Rue Massena is perfect. The Promenade des Anglais is just a short walk away, and the road itself, offers plenty of restaurants and shops. For two people the apartment is very suitable. It was good that detergent, a sponge, washing powder and shampoo and shower gel etc. was provided. We were very happy us about the welcome bag with chips, coffee, wine, sugar and coffee milk. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back to this apartment.
