The apartment was lovely, impeccably clean and exactly as described. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach and just a 12minute walk to the old town. The apartment was well equipped with comfy beds, clean and good quality linen. It is superb. We were let in by the local manager Elena who was amazing. She spoke perfect English and took lots of time showing us around. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

The apartment was lovely, impeccably clean and exactly as described. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the beach and just a 12minute walk to the old town. The apartment was well equipped with comfy beds, clean and good quality linen. It is superb. Although we did not meet Grace, she was accomodating and very quick to respond. We were let in by the cleaner Elena who was amazing. She spoke perfect English and took lots of time showing us around. When we arrived the toilet and shower was blocked by the previous guests but she work tirelessly to get a plumber to sort it out before our official check-in. This meant an hour delay but was not a problem as we got to drop our bags off. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

We loved the location of this lovely property. Very nicely situated a couple blocks from the sea and around the corner from Le Negresco Hotel. Walking distance to everything touristy, yet on a quiet little street not affected by tourists. It was cuteplus

Walking distance to everything touristy, yet on a quiet little street not affected by tourists. It was cute, quiet, comfortable and clean. The kitchen comes stocked with all the tools needed to cook if you choose to do so and there are several grocery stores within a block. It was wonderful all around! We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in Nice. The check in process was so easy and we were greeted v nicely. Also the late check out was a massive bonus for us. A very quick walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is practically outside the fplus

A very quick walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is practically outside the front door so the location was perfect in that respect. The only thing I would say is it’s a bit of a walk to Cours Saleya which is where we liked to spend our evenings, but even so the walk can’t really be complained about because it’s down the promenade which is beautiful. We had everything we needed and the apartment really added to the overall experience of our trip. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting Nice!

The apartment is superb with wonderful decor and numerous touches to make it really feel like a home from home – we stayed for a week and enjoyed every moment. The location is perfect – everything is nearby with a number of supermarkets less than a minute away and with very easy access to the beach. Great bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, lovely open living area which is easily big enough for all the family, great kitchen and finally in the beautiful bathroom, a shower which was very popular with everyone of all ages! The apartment could not have been better and I could not recommend it more highly.

I am regularly traveling to Nice and so far opted for Hotels in the same area, central and with the sea at reach. I was very (and pleasantly) surprised to discover that all places next to the Promenade des Anglais do not need to be noisy, or on a maiplus
I am regularly traveling to Nice and so far opted for Hotels in the same area, central and with the sea at reach. I was very (and pleasantly) surprised to discover that all places next to the Promenade des Anglais do not need to be noisy, or on a main street, or far from any supermarkets, or without balcony. Le Joli is first class, located in a quiet one-way street, opposite a church (with apparently no bells ringing – even better) so no problem to stay on the balcony and enjoy a glass of rosé and some delicious olives, baguette or fresh shrimps. All can be bought in one of the 3-4 supermarkets 100m away.The flat has a great feeling, it is decorated with taste and refinement AND is very comfy. I loved the attention to details in every single piece. The bedrooms are at the back and it is very quiet. Le Joli bears well its name !
