BEDROOM
There is one bedroom that has two single beds that can be made up as a double, with matching bedside tables, reading lamps and a chandelier that twinkles from the ceiling. A through breeze and the dyson fan will keep you cool in summer and there are electric heaters for the cooler months.
(If you wish to use the extra sleeping space provided, then the sofa-bed in the living room sleeps two. Please note, there is an additional cost for sofa-bed linen and towels which can be purchased when you book this property)
BATHROOM
The white tile and mosaic bathroom/toilet has a bathtub for luxurious soaking and is fitted with a rain shower attachment. The contemporary bowl-style basin gives this room an elegant finish.
LOCATION
Very central but set on a side street not far from Notre Dame, Stella offers you the convenience of the shops, the tram and a huge variety of eateries just minutes from your front door. In addition to the ubiquitous neighbourhood bakeries and cafés there is easy access to Etoile shopping centre, set on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and home to popular high street brands as well as some more luxury retailers. Juice bars and patisserie shops abound and just outside on rue Biscarra you have an excellent choice of restaurants for an aperitif or a more substantial meal

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

Thanks for good apartment Stella. Apartment was good for our family. Location was great and Nice centrum and Old town was near, and we didnt need car or taxi. Shops and Restaurants were near. I hope to come back to Nice someday!

I recently had the pleasure to stay in this one bedroom apartment in Nice. The location is perfect, just off Avenue Jean Medecin and near all the main shops and trams. It is only a couple minutes walk to the main train station in Nice and about 10 misee more
I recently had the pleasure to stay in this one bedroom apartment in Nice. The location is perfect, just off Avenue Jean Medecin and near all the main shops and trams. It is only a couple minutes walk to the main train station in Nice and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. The apartment itself is located in an old building which has lots of character and when you enter the apartment you can sense its atmosphere and charm. As it is located in a residential area it was very quiet at night time. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and I can honestly say felt like it was like home from home. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering staying in Nice to rent this apartment.

We just loved our stay in this super cute apartment. We really liked the typical French feel of everything. I didn’t want to do much cooking on vacation but the kitchen was really well equipped so in the end we did eat home a few times and enjoyed sisee more

I visit Nice regularly and have previously always stayed in the Old Town. This time I enjoyed staying a bit further away from the tourist areas and staying in a more residential street. There was everything I needed locally- bakery, café etc and whensee more

The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
