The modern cream kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, four ring hob and a microwave oven. It is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetière and a large selection of cooking equipment.
There is a round glass table and four chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and air conditioning plus double glazed windows. There is a spacious wardrobe with hanging and shelf space in the hallway next to the bedroom.
BATHROOM
The stylish bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity sink unit and toilet.

LOCATION
Carré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. You’re one block back from the beach and the famous Negresco hotel. Walk down Rue de France and the street soon gets busier with pave-side cafés and restaurants and boutique and designer shops. A 5 minute walk and you’ll eventually arrive at Place Masséna across from which you’ll find Nices’ famous Old Town. This is a central location to enjoy this varied and lively city.

Closest parking: Parking Semiacs Palasi Massena 29 Promenade des Anglais.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

We had a great stay at the Rose apartment in Nice at the end of September. The location was everything we could have hoped for, being on such a vibrant street and so close to so many cafes, bars, shops and the pedestrian mall further up the street. Isee more
We had a great stay at the Rose apartment in Nice at the end of September. The location was everything we could have hoped for, being on such a vibrant street and so close to so many cafes, bars, shops and the pedestrian mall further up the street. It was great to have a bit more room than the normal hotel room and being able to pick up groceries to do a bit of our own cooking was a real bonus. Sitting out on the balcony, wine glass in hand, looking at the daily passing parade, there is nothing better than that!

This apartment is perfect for a short break in Nice and is centrally located one block black from the famous Negresco hotel. The balcony is small but lovely and it was a real treat to sit with a nice glass of wine from the welcome pack and watch the world go by below. The facilities in the apartment are great. There is a high quality sofa bed which we used and is a good idea for friends travelling together.The washing machine came in handy too. Next door is a Cuban bar which had an amazing atmosphere, dancing and fabulous food. Rose was a perfect base from which to explore Nice and we will be returning soon for another trip as soon as we can.

The petit boulangerie opposite sells lovely fresh olive bread and more, which is worth a visit every morning. We recommend going to Ville Franche Sur Mer on the train – only 8 minutes journey to find a sandy beach and a delightful little town. We would have stayed longer but alas work was calling.

There is an assessor and the apartment is on the second floor unlike some comment. In the evening it just be a bit of noise but nothing disturbing. All restaurants are nearby. The welcome was superb even with arrived early. They explained everything to me in detail. Very nice ?? thank you with all my heart I will be back in this apartment for about. Only negative is the size of the bed (double) I’m used to bigger. I love end with a positive note, there is a bakery down or I took most of my breakfasts which made my greatest happiness. Thank you

We also found what was needed for the first few nights, so as not to run straight to the store: detergents, washing dishes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, as well as olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. It was nice to receive a welcome bag with a bottle of wine, coffee and chips, thanks! And another big plus for us were 2 beach umbrellas. If we had questions and problems, then everything was decided very quickly. I heartily recommend this apartment and agency!

My husband and I LOVED staying at Rose! The apartment was very clean and in a great area! There is a boulangerie across the street, a pharmacy directly below, and restaurants/shops all around! The apartment is VERY close to touristy areas, but just fsee more

The apartment is VERY close to touristy areas, but just far enough to enjoy some quiet in the evenings! Oh, and seriously the apartment is ONE CITY BLOCK from the beaches! The balcony was just the right size to have breakfast and sip wine daily! Check-in and out was VERY easy!I highly recommend!! We stayed for 10 days and wish we could have stayed longer! We are looking forward to our next trip and plan to use Stay YNA again soon!

We were very happy in our 3rd year Nice. Location is great: Rue de France is an extent of Rue Masséna but less noisy at night. The sea was just around the corner, just as the public parking. Wifi was strong, A/C was perfect, a nice terrace – we were very happy and recommend this place!

LOCATION
Carré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. Close to the central city and the numerous shops on avenue Jean Medecin but only a short walk to the beach, Marechal Joffre is a highly sought after street containing many boutiques and designer shops. There are many exclusive restaurants, brasseries and cafes in the Carre D’or area making this one of the most popular quartiers amongst YNA guests. The maze of narrow streets know as the Old Town which contains many restaurants bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
