A modern corner sofa in shades of pebble grey seats six and curls around a contemporary coffee table under which sits a large stylish rug. The lounge area is completed with a light wood bureau on which rests a 55 inch smart TV. The walls of the room are a brilliant white and the glass balustraded staircase leading to the mezzanine adds a crisp contemporary ambience which is balanced by the various object d’art that have been strategically placed to enhance the feeling of wellness and relaxation.
There is air con throughout the apartment so that guests are not troubled by the heat in Nice’s summer months.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
In true penthouse style, the kitchen and dining area are all part of the open plan living area with the standout feature being the rustic wooden dining table with seating for six being made up of four wooden dining chairs painted a verdant green plus a wooden bench that sits a maximum of three should it be required.
The kitchen area has a strong modern vibe displaying a large bank of stylish petrol blue units, balanced with light natural wood units at head height and boasts all the equipment and mod cons a person would expect from cooking area of such high standard. The necessities of an oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and hob sit next to more luxurious items like the Phillips coffee maker, translucent Tefal kettle and the Phillips double slice toaster.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is light and bright with a comfortable king size bed and wooden bureau. The fitted double wardrobe is mirrored and provides plenty of storage space. Again, the white walls, featured ornaments and splash of colour from the red cushions and throw generate a clean, crisp ambience that permeates throughout the apartment.
The second bedroom is a little more unique and can be found on the mezzanine level, which is closed off from the open plan living area below by opaque glass walls. There is again a king-size bed and stylish modern chair and desk, but it is the glass door to the bedroom and the steel beams across the roof that really add an industrial penthouse vibe.
There is a bank of storage cupboards in the bedroom and a skylight plus an ensuite bathroom which can be found behind a convenient sliding door.

PARKING
Parking Indigo Nice Massena, The access for car is by Felix faure however to exit in foot by elevator it brings you out at galleries lafayette 20 meters from the Penthouse apartment building.
It's an underground parking and around 25 euros per day.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
