Nissa la Bella has a brand new, stylish kitchen with all mod cons and a table to seat four A real chef’s kitchen to make the most of all the fresh produce on your doorstep (fish monger’s, butcher’s, cheese shops, greengrocers), plus everything you need for the perfect cup of tea or coffee to go with your morning croissants (4 bakeries nearby as well as three supermarkets). There is a combi oven-micro wave, electric hobs, dishwasher and a separate utility room with combined washer/dryer and laundry equipment. The kitchen opens onto a balcony that is a real suntrap in the afternoon, so take advantage of the sun lounger while dinner simmers away.
BEDROOMS
There are two double bedrooms. One opens onto a balcony with seating area overlooking scenic Mont Boron on the lively coastal road to Monaco. It has a king-size bed—convertible to twin—with plenty of storage and wardrobe space. The larger bedroom has a super-king-size bed and plenty of storage there is a foldaway bed (70 x 190) available that provides an extra sleeping space for a child (Please note if you wish to use this additional sleeping space there will be an additional charge). Both rooms have AC and central heating giving all-year-round comfort.
The front bedroom has recently had triple glazing installed for a more comfortable stay.
BATHROOM
The elegantly tiled bathroom is completely renovated and compromises a large Italian shower, a basin, a well-lit mirror, a bench and a cupboard for your necessities. A stylish toilet is separate for extra convenience.
OUTSIDE SPACE
From the three balconies of this corner apartment you can sun worship throughout the day and they are perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. A folding table and two chairs, sun lounger and cushions allow you to sit back and raise your glass to the 16th century Fort du Mont Alban and give a bird’s-eye view of the neighbourhood life below.
LOCATION
Traditional yet forward-thinking, gastronomic, creative, historic, friendly, inspiring; le petit Marais of Nice is fast living up to the reputation of its big sister in Paris. Rue Bonaparte, the centre of all things hip is just around the corner, offering restaurants, vintage shops, fresh produce and lively bars. It’s a 400m stroll to the quayside to see the small fishing boats, yachts and ferries setting sail to Corsica. The Port neighbourhood is great for antiques browsing with a flea market, galleries, a modern art museum and antique shops. For more sporty types the Club Nautique offers sailing lessons and rents equipment and there are great spots for snorkelling along the rocky coastline of Coco Beach. The park opposite is fantastic for kids or if you want a leafy place to relax. With all the sports, beaches, shops, museums and restaurants on your doorstep you will be spoilt for choice. Nissa la Bella allows you to unwind after a busy day and the port area offers some of the best sunsets!

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

A great place in a good location. Free parking on the street was a big plus. Shops, supermarkets, bakeries all close by. The air conditioner was especially good after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

Stay YNA place was very comfortable- everything one would need on holiday , it was as if we were living at home. The bed sheets and towels were very clean just like hotels. Good amount of toilet paper was provided, and all condiments in the kitchen wsee more

Good amount of toilet paper was provided, and all condiments in the kitchen were provided (salt, pepper, olive oil,sugar etc) and washing detergents given that are main requirements when you’re renting a place for a week. To welcome us at the apartment was a bottle of Rose, famous socca chips and ground coffee which was a lovely gesture. Beach items provided were a bonus – big bags, umbrella and beach mats was extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a great spot- close to the main bars and restaurants street Rue Bonaparte and a short walk to Nice Riquier. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nice.”

What an amazing apartment! We’ve loved our week here! Really spacious and all home comforts, we’ve really felt comfortable and relaxed. There is so much to do here. The kids loved the water fountains at Place Massena and wandering around the old townsee more

The kids loved the water fountains at Place Massena and wandering around the old town is just lovely. Rocky beaches within walking distance and lots of nice restaurants close by. A visit to Monaco and Cannes is a must. To Cannes we recommend taking the train from Nice Riquier. We will definitely be back as just could not fit it al in!

LOCATION
Carré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. Close to the central city and the numerous shops on avenue Jean Medecin but only a short walk to the beach, Marechal Joffre is a highly sought after street containing many boutiques and designer shops. There are many exclusive restaurants, brasseries and cafes in the Carre D’or area making this one of the most popular quartiers amongst YNA guests. The maze of narrow streets know as the Old Town which contains many restaurants bars and shops is only a 5 minute walk away.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.
