OUTSIDE SPACE
One of the highlights of La Belle Terrasse is its charming private terrace, which can be accessed directly from both the living area and the bedroom through French patio doors. This wonderful outdoor space extends the living area and allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful climate of Nice. The terrace is furnished with a classic metal bistro-style table and chairs, giving it an unmistakably French feel, the perfect spot for morning coffee, a leisurely breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening. In addition, there is a comfortable outdoor lounge set, consisting of a three-seater outdoor sofa and two matching armchairs. This garden lounge furniture creates a relaxed seating area, ideal for unwinding, reading, or entertaining guests in the open air.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The tram system in Nice has recently developed and there are now 3 tram lines facilitating travel across the city and meeting up with the many buses.
Line 1 (approx. 4:25 am to 1:25 am) meets line 2 on the main shopping avenue of Jean Médecin and then goes north to Nice Ville train station (Gare Thiers) and on through the market neighbourhood of Liberation, or in the opposite direction passing the Old Town, Place Garibaldi for the Bonaparte neighbourhood and onwards to the exhibition centre and the main hospital, Pasteur.
Line 2 (approx. 4:45 am to 1:10 am) connects the airport to many stops along the promenade and then onto the centre of Nice, the Old Town and the port.
Line 3 (approx. 4:23am to 0:45am) connects the airport to the Alliance Riviera stadium, National Museum of Sport and St Isidore shopping centre.
Buy your tickets from machines on platforms before boarding: a one-way ticket costs €1.70 (bus/tram changes included up to 74 mins) or you can buy ten tickets for €10 and other passes. All tickets must be stamped onboard.
Please be aware that at the airport the ticket machines only allow you to buy round trip tickets for 10€. To buy regular tickets (1.70€) you have to take the tramway from the airport to the next stop (grand Arenas) for free, get off the tram, buy the tickets (a card you can top up) at the machine and get on the next tram (be prepared for a line of people trying to understand how it works and up to 30 minutes waiting time). The best option is to download the app Ligne d'Azur buy tickets online and store them on your phone.

The living area leads out to the balcony and the most magnificent views of the Old Town. There are double glazed French doors to keep out any noise from the street below.

The open plan modern cream kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, four ring hob , microwave and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetière and a large selection of cooking equipment.
There is a bistro bar table and two comfortable swivel chairs in the living area.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is situated at the quite rear of the apartment and although does not have exterior windows there is a glass brick wall letting in the light. There is a double bed (140×190) with two rattan side tables and bedside lamps. The room benefits from integrated air conditioning. A hidden wardrobe is housed in the living area.

LOCATION
Set in the heart of the Nice’s picturesque Old Town, with bustling streets packed with pasta vendors, bistros, boutique shops and wine bars. You’re just around the corner from the best wine cave in the Old Town and the Cours Saleya marketplace selling fresh local produce, flowers and antiques is a couple of minutes stroll away. The promenade and beach is only a touch further. Around the corner the breathtaking Place du Palais is a wonderful square with an ornate fountain set outside the Palais de Justice and is surrounded by Niçoise restaurants and a weekly market selling books and art.
