Nice - Appartement

"My home away from home." The Violet was one of the best places I have stayed at. It had everything you could need. It’s very spacious, comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Delia was lovely to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions that I had. The flat is in a very secure building in a nice neighbourhood which is just up the hill from the ocean. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and gelaterias close by and only a 15 minute walk to Old Town Nice. The unit sleeps 5 people comfortably if you use the pull out sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twins that can be separated. The beds were very comfortable with clean linens. Lastly, it is a block away from the Alsace Lorraine tram station which makes it even easier to get around. 1.5 euro per person will get you from the airport to the flat. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are planning on visiting Nice.

This is a nice and very clean apartment, well-located and practical. We were warmly welcomed, everything worked extremely smoothly and we had a great holiday.

Great apartment – more spacious than expected, well-equipped and clean with a large balcony, in a well-maintained block and generally quiet/ peaceful area. Well located for the beach, shops and supermarkets which are within walking distance, and buses/ trains about 15 mins away. Recommend.

Beautifully furnished apartment in a very central location. Short walk to the beach and many nearby cafes and shops. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at apartment Violet. The apartment is roomy and bright with a balcony that extends the living space weather permitting. The building itself is in a quiet area of Nice just a short walk from the Promenade des Angles but quiet and not burdened with heavy traffic. We felt safe and comfortable. There are plenty of supermarkets within a short walk and we appreciated the buggy that was provided. The outside automatic blackout blinds were a welcome bonus for both good sleeping and a feeling of safety when we left the apartment. Having said that the neighbourhood seems very safe and not too ‘touristy’.

We walked to the Cours Seleya, and even to the Port area which was a pleasant 25 minutes either along the Promenade or through the town. We took a train to Villefranche-sur-mer for a delightful lunch at Lou Bantray. Wonderful. People were very friendly and we would not hesitate to return to Nice and use the services of STAYNA again which went without a hitch.

“This stylish apartment is very well located—just a short block from the brand new Alsace-Lorraine tram station, and maybe 5 blocks from the stunning Mediterranean. There are two elevators and an easy-to-use entry system. Close to restaurants of all kinds as well. Beds were very comfortable. Two bathrooms, but only one toilet, but the four of us managed. Modern appliances and instructional manuals available ( you most likely will need for the washer/ dryer, which is a mystery to many travellers! We would stay here again!”

Fantastic flat, excellent location. Everything you want and more. Spacious, modern, clean, relaxing, comfortable flat. Contact with Delia the local agent was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend! anyone looking to stay though, who has a car should try book into the local parking beforehand as you can get a deal for 5 days etc, but theres only 50 places at that price…..just a tip as parking can be tricky, but that’s everywhere, not specific to this amazing flat. We had a truly wonderful break there. Will be back for sure!!

Excellent apartment with everything needed and big balcony. We would come back ??

We recently stayed in the Violet apartment for 4 nights. Our YNA Manager was friendly and accommodating and very easy to communicate with. The apartment itself was a fairly old building, in a quieter end of the city. However the inside of the apartment was recently renovated with all modern fixtures and furniture. The effective air-conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days, and the reliable and fast wifi was useful to communicate with those at home. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. Nice is a small city and it was very difficult to catch a taxi. We spend most of our time walking and were able to explore the Promenade Des Anglais, the beachfront, the Old Town, and the train station to make day trips to Monaco.
