Nice - Appartement

Great space with an excellent location, right in the heart of things and very close to many good restaurants. Easy access to the tram. Communication was very easy.

We’ve rented a few apartments around Europe and Your Nice Apartment are definitely doing it the right way. The welcome pack was a lovely touch – we’ll definitely be renting through you again, keep up the good work.

We stayed in the PEBBLE LOFT Apartment for 5 nights in July, 2017. The apartment was lovely very spacious and bright despite not having external windows. It was centrally located and within walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was provided, there were umbrellas and mats for the beach which was great. We also received a welcome pack which included a bottle of wine. The YNA representative who met us was very friendly and went through the area and gave us information on things to see and do, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the only thing is that we would have liked air conditioning, but we understand that this is not possible to install in the old town. There were two floor fans which we could move around as required which was great, otherwise it would have been very hot. We would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Apartment Pebble Loft, YNA were extremely helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Nice, next year we will probably go for another of Your Nice Apartment’s with a balcony but apart from that it was perfect. Lovely area in the Old Town. Great Restaurant’s, Bar’s, Beach Restaurants and the Port all within 5 minutes walk. Handy for the Boat tours to Cannes, Monaco, St Tropez. Thank you – we had a great time.

We had a wonderful time in Nice. The property was in the best location. We were so close to amazing sites and great bars and restaurants. The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. They had a lovely welcome package for us with wine and treats on our arrival which made us feel very welcomed.

A very clean, large apartment. Brightly lit. Once inside though, the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is managed by a team from YNA, Overall, I would recommend the apartment for those without mobility issues. It was close to all the hustle and bustle of the Old Town and the beach

Just back from our stay at apartment ‘Pebble Loft’ in Nice and would like to thank the YNA team for their service and attention to detail throughout our trip. Your approach is a marked difference from the inflexible service when renting from a ‘corporate’ agent and the haphazard nature of direct rentals. Little touches like the beach bag and bottle of wine on arrival, the personal reception and arranging for us to have use of another apartment for the day before our late flight home made the whole trip that much better. The apartment itself is really nicely decorated and in a fab location. Maintenance of the communal passage way leaves a bit to be desired – but I guess that’s the norm with these old buildings. Our favourite restaurants: La Storia in Cours Saleya for dinner and Opera Plage for the daytime.

Guys this apartment was lovely, clean, well decorated and very welcoming. It’s literally 2 mins walk away from the beach and surrounded by loads of places to eat, sites and night life, if you are looking for that. All in all an amazing stay with very smooth check-in and check-out

The location of this apartment is amazing. You step out into the Old Town with an abundance of bars and restaurants as well as a small store 10 seconds from the front door which is perfect for stocking the fridge. The beach and more lively bars are just around the corner meaning there is no street noise. The apartment its self was very clean, tidy and well furnished as well as having all of the basics included – we enjoyed the selection of DVDs! Over all a great place to stay!

We were greeted by Joanna, from YNA, who showed us the apartment, explained where to shop, where to catch the bus etc. Its in the old town so the house is a bit shabby from the outside and the stairs are a little unruly – but the house was probably built around 1850 so that is to be expected. But the inside of the apartment was super. Joanna also gave us our welcome pack with a shopping bag, bottle of wine, kitchen bits, tea bags, milk, nibbles, soap etc. The apartment is in a good location and although courtyard facing with only two small windows we didn’t mind as it was well lit and had every convenience imaginable including a washing machine. The bed was comfy and had nice crisp linens and we had nice fluffy bath towels and plenty of pillows. We paid only EUR 390 for a week in March which is very cheap and the apartment even had DVD’s, novels and travel books for the region. The information booklets from YNA contained emergency numbers, transport info, places to see, restaurant recommendations (which we used and ate at Le Tire Bouchen) and even cooking recipes. I already recommended them to a lot of my friends. The only thing we missed was a good cooking knife, but I put that in the feedback form and I am sure it will be there when we visit next time!

My husband and I stayed in Pebble Loft in May for 5 days, it was our third time of staying with your Nice apartment and we were not disappointed. Initially met by Bart who was delightful and very welcoming, he showed us around and gave us a lovely welcome pack. The apartment is in an ideal location, quiet yet right in the heart of the action. Whenever we go to Nice we always stay with your nice apartment as you can absolutely guarantee quality, luxury and excellent service. See you soon guys, and thank you once again.

A charming and well-appointed apartment in the perfect location, steps from wonderful restaurants, the market and the beaches. It was extremely quiet and we slept like babies. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment centrally located in the Old Town. Everything you need for a busy city break. Close to restaurants and beautiful shops. Very close and easy to get to and from the airport.
