Nice - Appartement

Fantastic little spot in the heart of the old town. Steps away from everything you need (restaurants, pharmacy, tram, etc). The views from the living room are very cute and waking up to the church bells (they sound in the morning) was also super quaint. We went in low season so the streets were quiet at night (even during NYE it was pretty decent with noise levels). Recommended for couples or single travelers that want to be close to attractions. Thanks for hosting us

Apartment very well placed, close to everything in old Nice. You are immersed in the typical heart. Be careful however, the apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift and the stairs are steep.

Apartment in the heart of the most lively and popular area of Nice. On Fourth floor with very high steps ….. beautiful views of the rooftops, bell towers and the square … and luckily a necessary air conditioning in summer, as well as the double glazing (because impossible to sleep the open windows with the hubbub of the street and the restaurants of the place) It was a stay full of charm, in this cozy apartment Nice

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the old town of Nice. Restaurants and bars right on your doorstep where the volume is no problem with the windows closed. The beach is a good 5 minutes. The apartment has everything you need in a well furnished apartment.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfectly located apartment than this one. It was right in the heart of the old town and the view from the 4th floor is incredible!

Apartment in the centre of old Nice, very well placed for visits. Do not be afraid of floors! The flip side is that evenings are sometimes a little noisy, but it’s the price to pay to be in a typical building of old Nice. Great location in the heart of Old Town. Charming apartment, much larger than most I had seen listed when trying to select a place. Amazing restaurants literally at your doorstep and the beach is nearby. This place is on the 4th floor and is quite the hike up, bit it is worth it. There is a church next door, prepare for the bells, but we did not mind them a bit. If we ever make it back to Nice, we will be looking for this place again without hesitation.

Our stay in Nice was quick and comfortable in Laura’s apartment. Kate, our contact for the apartment, had the AC blowing cold, water in the fridge, and some wine and breadsticks waiting for us when we arrived. What a Nice welcome! Above all else, this place is super convenient in terms of closeness to the busy streets and golden alleyways of the Vieille Ville that you will end up traversing on your way to the sea.

My friend and I stayed here for just under a week, we loved every minute! Amazing apartment with a great view in the best location! Hosts were so helpful and really helped us both out! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Nice!

First, and most importantly, is my wife and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Laura and the local contact, Kate, were extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was very roomy and CLEAN. We immediately noticed how clean it was when we arrived. But the best part was the location; it was beyond perfect. I don’t think the description does it justice. The location is so phenomenal, we couldn’t stop talking about it the whole trip and are incredibly thankful that we stayed here. It’s right in the main square of Old Town, which is the most happening place in Nice. It’s close walking distance to all the main attractions, like the beach/Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena, Chateau Hill, Cours Saleya, and you can even walk to the central train station. (And even though it’s in the center of Old Town, the windows do a great job of blocking out the street noise).

Overall, it was a fantastic apartment, amazing value, wonderful hosts (who greeted us with wine, treats, coffee, and guide books when we arrived), and the best location in Nice. We loved our trip and would definitely stay here again!

This place is as beautiful as expected! The windows were bright and had a great view of the city. The central location was great for getting around. My husband and I felt so comfortable we were so sad to leave. The gift bag with wine, snacks and coffee was a nice touch, and very appreciated since we were too tired for shopping our first day! Otherwise the kitchen has everything you need and includes a dishwasher. Loved having amenities like hair dryer, ac and clothing iron. Yes there are a lot of stairs but it was so worth it!

We loved Nice (first time visit) and a lot of it is because we chose this place in an ideal location and with a delightful view of Rossetti Square. Everything was so convenient! And the place itself is so perfect—great little balconies with tall windows, big living space to hang out in, a big shower, cozy bedroom with good storage and a/c! A perfect spot with easy to deal with hosts. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely little flat. The stairs were great for us, but we like to keep active. ?? The square outside is bustling but the double glazing keeps out the noise really well when not wanted. 2 minutes stroll to the beach or the city center. The flat is well equipped with everything you would need. It’s a very immersive experience if you want to be right in the heart of nice, hear the church bells, the street performers, and smell the cooking drifting in through open windows. You can get Socca, fresh flowers fruit and veg from the market each morning. Beware if the 12 o clock daily firework.

An amazing place overlooking place Rosetti an outstanding location with a short walk to the beach and most places were within walking distance, the apartment is beautiful with three lovely small balconies with a comfortable living area and a nice kitchen, surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops in the old town ??

I had a great time at Stay YNA apartment. I couldn’t wish for more. It is an apartment right in the centre of the old town, close to everything: the beach, the market, the mountain, restaurants, the different squares and also the tram. It has a good atmosphere, it is clean and welcoming. You have a lovely view over the square in front of the Cathedral and a mountain view as well. If the windows are open you can hear the voices of the people downstairs, the plates from the restaurants and the music from street musicians from the distance. I found it lovely and it created a great atmosphere. I knew already from the reviews that at 7 am in the morning the bells of the Cathedral ring, but I expected it to be much louder. It wasn’t so loud and after the first morning I didn’t hear it anymore. At night it was calm, only on Friday night a little louder. What you have to know: The apartment is on the last floor and there is no elevator. The communication and the check- in and -out worked perfectly and the agency that is taking care of the flat and the process did a great job. I can highly recommend this apartment, also for single female travellers. It is very safe and at night even the little streets are lightened and there is always someone on the streets.
